Questions, answered
What counts as an "active season"?
A season that's currently open for registration or running games. Archived seasons don't count toward the limit — your history is always kept, no matter your plan.
Can I archive seasons and start new ones?
Yes. Archive a finished season any time and it frees up an active-season slot. Archived data stays accessible; only active seasons count toward plan limits.
What happens if I hit the free tier limit?
Nothing breaks. You'll see a prompt to upgrade when you try to add a second league, a third active season, or your sixth division. Existing data is never touched.
What are custom forms, and why are they a Pro feature?
Forms are the paperwork your season runs on — photo consent, uniform sizes, tryout sign-ups, volunteer availability. Build one in the form builder, attach it to a message, and recipients fill it in from their inbox; you get every response in one table, exportable as CSV. It's a Pro feature because it replaces a whole paper-and-PDF workflow. If you downgrade, the forms and responses you already collected stay readable and exportable — you just can't build new ones.
Is there a contract, or can I cancel anytime?
No contract. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you like. If you downgrade, your data stays put — you just regain the free-tier limits.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual billing comes with roughly a 20% discount versus paying monthly.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Player registration fees themselves are collected offline by your organization — Fun & Games never sits between you and your families' payments.
